Shipping Info
Please allow 2-4 weeks for production and shipping unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Premade items ship the same day, with delivery in 3-7 business days.

High-Risk Orders
For the protection of all our customers, any orders flagged as high-risk on Shopify will be canceled. We cannot risk chargebacks, as they can impact our ability to ship and fulfill bulk orders, leading to delays for everyone.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including sizing. However, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at bleuangelico@gmail.com.

Lost Package
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS or your local postal carrier to file a report and track your package. Thank you for understanding!


Incorrect Address
Bleu Angelic is not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to cover the cost to reship.
Please contact us for a new shipping label, and we'll help resolve the issue.
